Chris has a unique combination of both executive corporate management and public accounting experience. Chris’ experience as a CEO of a small public high tech company, coupled with his experience as a Partner at a Big Five accounting firm, with over 25 years of experience, enables him to provide insightful, practical and valuable advice on operational, financial reporting and tax issues.

Chris is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants as well as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mark recently rejoined Sauvigne & Company LLP after working in the Transaction Services group at a Big Four accounting firm. During his time there, Mark lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for both corporate and private equity clients across several industries including advertising, consumer products, manufacturing, publishing, and telecommunications.

Mark’s clients have included Omnicom Group Inc., Dentsu, Unilever, Olympus Corporation of America, Siris Capital, Cortec Capital, Pearson, Sprint, and Level 3.

Mark is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Valuation Analyst, and is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

In addition to his public accounting background, Gary provides the team with a over 20 years experience in the private sector with 12 years of manufacturing expertise. While in public accounting, Gary was involved in the audit of both large and small government contractors in the New York region. His private experience included 4 years with a government contractor. More recently, Gary spent 8 years as Controller / CFO for a major privately held manufacturer and distributor of nutritional supplements.

Gary is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the AICPA as well as the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
